Water Balance
Check and balance water chemistry.
Water Care
Add water care as needed. Consisting of plant-derived enzymes your water care will be allergy and soft skin friendly.
Spa Filters
Remove and deep clean spa filters. No future costs for spa filters. New filters will be replaced as needed at no extra charge while enrolled in HTP Plan.
Vacuum Spa
Vacuum bottom of spa if needed for grass, sand or debris.
Spa Cover
Wipe inside of cover and and topside of cover treated with 303 UV Protectant cover cleaner prolonging cover life. New covers replaced at discount pricing while enrolled in HTP Program. Periodic reviews of spa cover condition provided by HTP Tech updates.
Spa Plumbing
Spa checked for proper function of pumps, filter time settings and proper function of valves. Movement of diverter valves help insure water treatment flows to less commonly used areas of plumbing and flushes those lines.
Clean Water Line
Wipe down water line of spa and filter intake area.
Drain, Clean & Fills
Water changes “drain, clean & fills” or partial water changes will be provided based on condition of water tests.
Interior Inspection
Twice a year interior inspection of the spa including physical condition of pumps, pump seals, ozone generator and check valves along with verification the interior of spa is dry.
Discount Repair
Maintenance items like 0-rings and seals in water diverters, waterfall valves and broken or cracked plastic pieces will be provided at a discounted HTP price and can be serviced without paying extra trip charges or labor as we will already by routinely in front of your spa. This type of preventative service in many cases will help avoid future expensive repairs. Should your spa ever need a major repair your HTP service provides a 25% discount on labor rates and free trip charge if the repair can be done in the yard. Should your spa require service in our repair facility for leaks the labor discount will apply and a discounted pickup and delivery charge offered. A pickup and delivery discount of 50% will be applied while in the second or more consecutive year of HTP service.

*Special offering pricing is for spas currently maintained and with a new filter. Spas that are not currently running with water will require a full service start up. Spas that have been sitting empty unused may require additional cleaning. If the spa has been sitting empty the spa should be filled and confirmed there are no leaks before service is started even when if the spa showed no signs of leaking before being drained especially after sitting in winter conditions. The additional service charges to prepare the spa to start the HTP service will be quoted at the discounted HTP service rates.
